THE QATAR TV STORY

THE REVAMP OF QATAR TV

In 2012 I was asked to help revamping the national TV of Qatar. I had a year to prepare what would be the TV channel Grid, and launch it. I have hired 350 people to help me creating the grid. Producers, Cameramen, Dops, Editors, Sound men, 3D artists, Set based technical staff. I had to recruit the hosts and train them to be on air.

Since we didn’t outsource any of the production, we gave good care of diversifying the programs’ formats. And I have created the bibles and directed the pilots of each one of them.
